*falls over DED* I think I used every tutorial on the net making these things. Art is hard. All credit to those the tutorials and their artists. Also, a couple of icons were inspired by ones I have seen on the net and wanted to recreate. All credit to the idea of the original artists. I'll draw up a resource page ASAP.

As of right now, you can post them anywhere, but from next round, everything will be done anonymously, so you won't be able to post them anywhere until the polls have closed.

I notice that a few people have used promo pics and stuff for these icons... If you read the rules in the original thread, you are only supposed to be using screencaps. Also quite a few of you did not fully follow the rules for the Demons and Children categories. You were not supposed to use pics of characters who were regulars, even in a flashback mode.

Mine were fine right? I mean Jasmine or The Mayer didn't count as Main Characters i'm assuming, and I only used the other pictures when I made my artists choice but used screencaps for all the other categories... just making sure they are okay and i followed the rules correctly.

Are comic images allowed? I check the original thread https://www.buffy-boards.com/showthread.php?t=52527 and can't see the screencaps rules in the first thread.

Are we suppose to read all posts to figure out the rules? If so, seems a bit unfair.

Excuse me, I thought everyone was pretty clear after watching how the first round went down. From now one we'll be sure to post all the rules in every single round.

Comic images ARE allowed. However, no one should be using any promotional images in their icons.
Don't worry about it for this round. You guys are not going to be able to go back and edit your posts this late in the game; we'll just have to be more clear in the rules from now on, and make sure all the rules are reposted over and over each round so people don't get confused.

Um, seriously?? Promotional images are anything that were taken as part of an actual photo shoot, and not part of an episode.

I need to replace on of my icons. The last demon one "look ma no hands" has Angel in it, a mayor character, which I didn't consider when making it.

Dur.. sorry. LOL Yeah. I meant it seriously. Just wasnt thinking! I was thinking promotional screencaps.. like screencaps that were used as promos.. like coming soon on buffy commercials.. I have no idea where my head was at.

HisMrs agrees: IT's ok, since it also has that demon chick in it. It just can't be the main character that's the focal point of the icon.

Good to hear, because I like the demon chick icon more and wanted it.
