No, if you read the rules in the first post, it says: "BtVS and "Angel" are filled with lots of memorable demons that were only there for an episode or a short arc. Give them their glory and feature them in an icon!" I thought this was pretty clear that it shouldn't be someone like Lorne or Doyle, who was a regular and in the credits. 🙂
