Before you go any further, please read the change in the rules!
Okay, guys, welcome to the Round 3 sign-ups. As I said above, and have mentioned previously, we will have a slight rule change for this round.
From now on, the Icon Contest will be Anonymous. This is for many reasons, people having problems posting for one, but HisMrs and I also want to keep this as fair as possible and to find out that people were voting purely so that their House could win points...well, let's just say, it upset us more than a little.
So, once the themes go up each round, one week from the opening of the sign-ups, you will PM your entries to the person in charge of that round - HisMrs on even-numbered rounds, me, Lyri, on odd-numbered rounds.
However, as this is anonymous, this means that you cannot post your icons anywhere else until the polls have closed at the end of the round. To keep it fair.
So, yes, that's the biggest rule change. Everything else will pretty much stay the same.
