Ideas for a season 8...

IF there was to be, lets say, a special DVD of about 8 episodes, so 2 DVD's set. What stories would you want to see on it. What new villain, characters etc would you like to see.

Me, I would want to see the return of Glory. She was fun.
 
This isn't really the right place to put this thread. There is an official discussion of a buffy spin off, which you could very well view as a season eight. With that said, I think a return from Glory somehow would be cool. Although there's no way for her to come back because Giles killed Ben. I was always confused to how strong she was. I think it would be cool to see an in depth episode devoted to her past...and Faith's past. That would be interesting.

I think there is always a way for a character to come back. Glory can come back from another reality, time or even under a new human form. But besides Glory, what other things would you like to see in a reduced season 8 ?
 
I smell yet another VS8. Here's what I want to see in a season 8: ANDREW! Every season 8 I read leaves him out of the scoobs although at the end of season 7 it was quite obvious that he had become part of the group. Oh, and a Xander/Giles/ Andrew slumber party where they get into a pillow fight.
 
LMAO at the pillow fight, that'd be great indeed.

Well apart from the ideas I'm already using for my season 8, I'd love to see Glory return in any form, shape or way! And Dawn get a love-life!

I would like to have spike back in season 8..like a coming back

then i think there should be something bout the first slayer and more bout how much power the slayers really got

then i would like to see a new slayer.....who got chosen when buffy really died
i think that would be interesting
also seeing dawn getting a slayer would be cool

and what i would like to see is connecting charmed with buffy...cause i watched an episode of charmed where one of them said "when u need buffy, she isn't here"
so i think it would be cool to have an episode with them together
 
I am sort of writing my story as a section of a hidden season of Buffy taking place around the Your Welcome to Shells portion of Angel season 5. And I do include Andrew. Heck, he has had more than a few lines even. The only characters I don't include in my story is Buffy and Dawn and most of the potentials. B and D make a small appearance and then leave for the remainder of the story, and it is assumed that the other potentials are off doing their own slayer related things.
The story is sort of a "sidekick's night out" kind of thing only it deals with a twin apocalypse that (is unrelated to, but)coincides with what the Senior Partner's have planned for the end of the Angel Series.
 
The Season I would write would begin with Dracula reviving the Master, who in turn brings Darla back to life (er, death), and they recrute Dru, Angel and Spike.

The final battle would be the biggest thing. Every recurring character ever used would be there.

i love to see another andrew ep like in "storyteller"..he could tell us how the scoobies all ended..since we don't actually know a lot now..
anya..even if she's dead..i loved anya..just wished she could return oce more..
spike/buffy and spike/xander ionterrection..love the s7 spuffy tenderness and like to see how that would end..and love to see xander figthing w/spike again 😀
a faith centered ep..to see more of her past, and a buffy/faith interecton, theyrfights were amazing...
and essencially scoobie time..like in the first series..w/out kennedy...she could die or something..
as for the bad guys..i absolutly adored the mayor..my all time favorit big bad..so i would mind seing him again..
and how could i forget Clem?! clem is the man..how great would an ep be with all this caracters..ddoing a sleepover..paying poker (w/ot kittens) and getting drunk...ok, never mind i'll shut up now 😛

I'd love to see clem again,

and don't yell, but andrew could develop something for dawn, as they both deserve some smoochies at last..

I'd like to see a season that answered all the unanswered questions from previous seasons.

Why does Buffy wear a winter jacket, and a double-knit, turtleneck sweater to go walking in the desert?

How does Buffy afford all those pairs of Pyjammas.

What happened to the Pig? Does Andrew eat pork, cause you know, "killing pigs is just wrong...and hard".

Why do all the people of Sunnydale all of a sudden get up and evacuate on a particular day, when they'd already suffered years of demons, vampires, werewolves, and such. And why would anyone choose to live in Sunnydale anyway?

Why did the small town of Sunnydale have such a large police station, and what did Sunnydale cops actually do for a living?

How is it all these strange occurrences happen in Sunnydale yet no-one from Extra, or the National Enquirer ever shows up?

How do vampires shave without leaving a whisker? They can't see in a mirror. Why do you never see a vampire with a beard? Does their hair grow?

If Willow can just pop things in and out of alternate realities in Season 6, why doesn't she just do it to every bad thing in Sunnydale?
