If Angel Hadn't come back...

Assuming that Angel had stayed in whatever hell Buffy sent him to at the end of Season 2, who would you have liked to see get a spin off series? My idea would be, even as much as I like Faith, they could have had her die, then shift the new show to someone, maybe Rogue Demon Hunter Wesley, finding the next Slayer to be called, and trying to keep her out of in the hands and under the thumbs of the Watchers' Council. It could be a season long chase series, with the two of them staying a few weeks in a location, then having to move on to avoid capture. That would make it enough different from "Buffy" to be fresh and interesting.

Ripper-Spin off! Giles on a special mission or whatever. I love Ripper (surprise, surprise😀)!!! Wanted to see more of him! He was so cool. And I liked him with his borrowed magic in season 6. May he could learn some more magic in his Spin-off!

A spin off with Wesley, Faith and possibly Spike would have been really cool.

Definitely Faith, I've said it often enough before how much I'd have preferred that as a spinoff... and it still could (and, by all means, should) have featured Wesley as a regular.

I would love to have seen either a Ripper or Faith spinoff. Although I think I'd be more interested in watching Faith's spinoff just because I love the character so much.

It makes the most sense to have a Faith series from that point on, rather than Ripper (Giles still belongs on Buffy) or Spike (who belongs on Buffy too at that point of time).

I'd have loved to see Giles and Wesley team up and do a British supernatural kind of show over here. Would have been refreshing in a way, especially if Wesley had similar development as he did in Angel.
