In "Spiral", the gang is actually able to outrun the Knights of Byzantium in a gypsy caravan left to Giles by Jenny until the Lucas electrics break down.
In "The Gift", the scoobies take a look at the alternate universe and decide it is better than England, so they keep the portal open to raise property values. Doublemeat Palace adds Dragonburgers to their menu.
In "Bargaining", the demons are riding BSA's, Norton's, Triumph's and Vincent's rather than Harleys. There might even be an old Brough.

In "Chosen", the school bus taking the scoobies and slayers to safety breaks down due to Lucas electrics and they are all swallowed up when the town collapses.
