You're offered inconceivable wealth in exchange for the life of a relative. And I'm talking MASSIVE wealth, right up there with Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk.

So, which relative goes on the chopping block? C'mon, pick one! Don't get all sentimental....money trumps family ties. 😁

Note: I chose my sister because she's an annoying drama queen who talks too much. Frankly, I'd pick her even without the enticement of great wealth. Hell, I'd pick her if I was given two jelly donuts and a pack of cigarettes.

An empty pack of ciggies at that.
No one! I wouldn't do it. All life it too precious. Besides I having that kind of wealth comes with it's own set of problems.

Sorry Anyanka, I don't rain on you parade here (or on the other question) but I'm just answering truthfully.
So please don't turn me into a toad or something! 🐸

Yeah I've heard that wealth has its own sets of problems. I'm all for experiencing some new problems instead of staying with the old and poor set I'm used to.

Grandparent.

None of my grandparents are ok right now. It’d be merciful and would go towards benefitting someone else. I wouldn’t be selfish with the money or be extravagant.

Glad you're donating that money to me instead of being selfish.
I thought about this long and hard, then I fell over.
Will the person behind the username Anyanka Bunny Slayer be willing to be adopted by me?
By thinking about this topic I became aware that if the person behind the username 'passed on' the person who is the username will continue to be. So if the figure was 2 billion dollars Anyanka Bunny Slayer, would you fancy 1 of them billion?

My biological mother has been nothing but destructive for most of my life AND makes my grandmother (her mom) feel awful. No hesitation. If there's a second infinite gift, the void can have my father, too.

None - they all have their flaws but within the boundaries of what's reasonable. We nursed my dad at home (he had terminal cancer) and I cradled him as he passed. I wouldn't have missed that moment for the world. In retrospect though, for his own benefit, I'd have sacrificed him earlier - without the money. He wanted to die - and I'd have paid to ease his suffering. I'm a card-carrying socialist and, to me, inconceivable wealth is obscene. Pay your bloody taxes and share it out.

My choice has to be : My uncle married to my aunt (my mother's side) for mistreatment towards his sons, physical violence & such... One old story I heard is my mother tried to give gifts for Christmas one time to my cousins & their parents took it from them & didn't want their own children to have gifts from themselves or anyone else.

My uncle by marriage. He's a major MAGAt/racist/sexist. Refers to Walmart as "N****rville. Actively supported (thousands of dollars) a group who wants to amend the constitution to remove the right to vote to anyone but landholders.

I have a few cousins who I could choose from. No good, dirty rotten stealing from my aunt over and over again cousins. They would make excellent sacrifices.

My next sacrifice would be @Cohen to steal back all the money he took from me lol

I don't know if I would (if I did, I'd end up giving most of the money away anyway, unless I wanted to get myself assassinated in character and body by starting a lobbying group fighting all the other lobbying groups), but if I did, it would be a certain aunt.

Oh, I could tell stories about her. She hates me with a passion, though it seems--at least at first--because she hated her sister (my mom) with a burning passion. But even before that, when I was a (relatively) innocent child (today I think was incredibly innocent, though others disagree, so it's a relative concept, but point is, I'd never done anything to her, even in petty revenge, YET, and I was 13 years old).

She used me to call a friend of hers to gossip. She was scared to use the number because it had "666" in it. Seriously. (Thankfully, most people in my family aren't that crazy, not even the devoutly religious ones.) She was "not taking chances." It occurred to me years later that JUST TO GOSSIP ON THE PHONE she was risking this happening to my child-self (either immediately or later, but in either case, better me than her):

How very Christ-like of her.

So yeah, if I were, she'd be on the sacrificial table. And given that I've learned to hate her back...who knows, if I could get away with it just by giving up everything I own (but not homeless or imprisoned) maybe I would anyway (though really I think she suffers more alive). Though my mom would enjoy it more so I'd let her have the fun. Heck, I don't get along with my mom that well, but if she ever did (for money or just because) I'd never turn her in.

Also, I punched and kicked this specific aunt once (after she slapped me, and other dysfunctional stuff, but mostly made the mistake of directing her hostility to my best friend rather than at me as she usually did), as an adult, and though her (third, which was against the Bible, but she happily ignored that one in her casual hypocrisy) husband threatened to kill me (ah yes, those who love Christ so much that they have to be so hateful, just like they must imagine Jesus Christ to be like), but her adult son told me I was now his favorite cousin. Not many like her. (In fact, many surprisingly took my side save for one thing I did, and even that was seen as provoked. She probably liked that I hit her back as she'd finally gotten under my skin, and hates me more for others, even her own son, taking my side against her. Perhaps I should add that there's a lot of violence in my family.) Though many feel about the same about my mom. And plenty don't want me to move back...but if I do, I'm still less hated than her.
