Possibly Mr Sweet. Sure, he was evil, but he had a genuine sense of humor as well. If not him, then Wilkins, especially if he would give me a cool knife like he did Faith.

Umm, I think the Mayor. He's very funny and upbeat, but also knows how to love dearly (i.e. Faith and his wife). He's not the kind of evil who says "I'm evil, I'm evil, fear me!"
