Even in GlitterySparkle's banner you can see how loving Buffy and Angel are to each other! Watching every episode with B/A moments, I can tell that they will always love each other. B/S eps are mostly about Buffy not loving Spike.

I think she should be with a regular guy but then there's the whole situation like she first had with Riley. But out of the choices I think Spike with a soul.
