My hubby wants a monkey!!! If we won a million dollars, we so wouldn't buy one. No way. they creep me out!

BTW - if I had a million dollars Mrs P and I would embrace the joys of early retirement...or, at very least, quit work and take a lot of time off before finding jobs we actually liked. Money to immediate family and charity goes without saying as well.

Hmm...I'd put it in the bank until I have enough to buy an island...Not just any island, but my second home! The stupid owners are gonna sell it! I hate my dad's work...
Or I would buy all the Buffy and Angel seasons on DVD, and do whatever I could to help my bestfriend. Although money isn't the thing she needs the most right now...
And I would give my brother and his girlfriend who are expecting a baby some money. And maybe help my parents fix up the house. it really needs it!

Things I would do with a million bucks...

*Pay for friggin' college.
*Get a nicer car - a VW Bug...
*Get the parents a nice condo, Mom a Covette, Dad a viper, and a new family computer.
*Vacation, vacation, vacation - London, here I come!!
*Put some in the bank.
*Take some and buy a few things - cds, a new TV, a PS2, loads of books, some new clothes.
*Help fund Michael Moore's new move Farenheit 9/11.
*Give as much as possible to animal shelters - especially those who end up destroying animals they can't find homes for so that they can afford to house and feed them.
*Buy my hamster a bigger home.

Ok, I would:

1) Go to Hawaii
2) Buy a red high-performance edition Corvette
3) Retire

...not necessarily in that order...
 
Buy a little flat, a super computer, cable access, put the rest on the bank and live off the interest for the rest of my life.
 
I'm not much for buying cars just because I can afford them, lol. I'd probably splurge on a corvette myself, but after getting mom one. I've always had a thing for Bugs. I like small, compact, unique cars. They're easier to drive, park, back-out...*grins*
