I was just curious. At my personal site it says 128 stories. Five of these are collabs with other people under a different name, but the rest are mine. Not all are stories that go from point A to point B. I have several that are 'Scenes without a Story' and a 'story' where I put up first chapters of future fics to see what the fans' reactions are.

So, how many stories do you have under your belt? BTVS or otherwise.

17 Buffy central / Crossover fics...

12/13 other fics, mostly Fringe / Harry Potter / comics

Possibly some more onshots laying around various sites / forums / message boards

I THINK I've got about 15 or so BtVS fics online, five of which are here, and many, many, MANY more that didn't make it online.

And then I've got about 4 other fics that are currently online, and another four in development that will be online in the next two months or so. All the same fandom.

just did a quick check... 18 Buffy crossover fanfics...

I'm a fic writer. I am currently working on a Willow and Tara fic. I've got 3 chapters written so far. Also, trying to understand the ship more, Fuffy. 2 chapters in on that one. Those are the only 2 Buffyverse fics I got so far. I wrote a lot more, but i had writers block and deleted both of them and started over. I wrote a Tara one shot and have it filed away somewhere but I never let anyone read it. It's like mine, you know. Only mine!! lol

Other fics I have include

11 Legend of Zelda fics
4 Metroid Prime fics
7 Lara Croft fics
5 Ruby Malone fics

^^ yes, they are all game 😛

34 stories, in a little over 2 years of active fanfic writing. (Though a couple of them were revisions of stories I wrote years ago.)

Those are all full stories, no "drabbles" or vignettes. They range in length from about 800 words to about 15,000.

17 of them are Buffy stories, and I have ones in 9 other fandoms too.

I'm not so much a fic writer, more like a master of ultra-condensed drabbles.....and I am famous for my unfinished (and Buffy Awards-winning on three occasions) alternate-reality Buffyverse stories (mostly Giles-centric), all of which are housed here in the Watcher's Diaries. :: tu ::

Not as prolific as all that, however. I have maybe between 8 and 10 of these things in there.

yes you do drabble! lol but reading your fics are entertaining!
I only just recently got into writing fanfic. Mine are not family friendly so I don't have them posted on my personal site, but I have 4 different ones online at Adult Fanfiction, all Buffyverse.

Hundrads? 😀

I haven't counted, but I've written a lot of fics, ficlets and drabbles in the past five or six years. I'm gonna check and tell you.

I've been writing fanfiction since I was thirteen - but the very early ones I shall never admit to, despite still being up at fanfiction.net under an old name!

I've got 31 Buffyverse fics listed on my livejournal, ranging in length from 100 words to 40,000 words.

My fanfiction.net account has more fics listed as some of my old Harry Potter/Doctor Who stuff is still up there - kept for nostalgia reasons more than anything else.

I don't think I'll ever catch up to you though, Mary!

I usually write original stuff and some fanfics. My main fanfic that I've ever done is the one in the fanfic section atm, BTVS season 8

I've been writing on/off since I was 14 and have written 28 stories a lot of them are unfinished though because I get bored and abandon them lol.

13 7th Heaven
4 Buffyverse
2 Charmed
2 Degrassi
2 Harry Potter
5 Other lol

I've never counted but the ones I could recall are about 15, plus about 10-15 standalones. They're all floating about the internet somewhere. Out of those, exactly two were written in English. I've mostly stopped writing fan fic and focused on original work instead, though I have a few fic ideas for a couple of games I played recently.

I've been writing fanfic on and off for, oh, must be 10 years now. When I started, I didn't even know that there was a word for it and that other people did it too... Only four of my stories are online though, because the rest are just atrociously bad and I'm incredibly embarrassed by most of them (mostly because the older ones all include an original character that is a cleverer, prettier, cooler and more popular version of my teenage self). So far, I've only written one BtVS story (for the IWRY ficathon 2010), the others are for House and Titanic (I know, I was young. But funnily enough, that story has the most reviews and traffic of all my fics on ff.net, so I don't see why I should take it down if people still like it).

Has anyone ever attempted a real person fic? I have to say that (now) I'm kinda opposed to the idea in general, but I read two really good ones when I first hit the world of internet fandom and *coughs* attempted one myself (let's not go there), and that's what brought me to writing really.
