You did an excellent job hon if you have never blended more than 2 images in a banner before! 😀

I'm going to go against the majority and say that the first ED one is better as your blending looks much better on that. 😉 Although the effects look good in the second one, I think they don't do your blending skills justice. 🙂 I know that both banners were the same to start with, but seriously, the blending in the top banner is excellent!

If I were you, I would work with the top one, & as its a little dark, duplicate the layer and try putting the top one on screen and fading it just a little - or alternatively adjust the brightness and contrast on the bottom layer whilst putting the top layer on soft light or screen, then try adding your effects & brushes etc.

Just a useless bit of info from my tiny mind. 😉

Woot! I made a new Buffy-themed sig!
It might not be that great, but I am just happy to finally get a new one done that I am satisfied with! It's been ages. I was trying the multiple-picture blending sigs, and have decided that I am very untalented 🙁 I am just gonna have to stick to my old one-pic sigs.

I REALLY love this SMG banner, and don't worry about just using one image - you make them look GREAT!! :D
Like I said, the new SMG banner is really fantastic. The colours, & textures of it work so well with the image of SMG you used. You are certainly not untalented. Everyone has a different strength or style if you like, when it comes to art. You take just one image, and make it look stunning, that means you have plenty of talent! 😀 Also, you have your own style, and it's your signature - I think most people here know an ILED piece when they see it! 😀

Don't put your art down. If we all did the same thing, this art forum would be pretty boring, eh?! 'lol' 😀

I seem to make a BTVS-related sig like once a month....... Here is another Eliza!

I usually save my sigs as .png. But I see it is against the sig-rules now...... Does anybody know which is better between .gif and .jpg??????? Thanks 🙂
