Illyria's voice?

After watching Season 5 again I was wondering, is Amy Acker's voice changed and played with in the studios for Illyria's voice or is that just her putting on the voice? If its her putting on the voice then I must say she's a very talented actress. Like the scene where she was switching back from Illyria and Fred to fool Fred's parents, its done really well.
