Ok so i am reading on here that are up to 24 issues of the comic book? But a few weeks ago i was in Borders bookstore and saw a "graphic novel" type book(paperback) that was Buffy Season 8 volume 1 but it was 136 pages long. There where 4 seperate books, is this a collection of 4 comic books in one, or are the single comic books that long. If there are 25 issues of the comic book out already and they dont come in a collection of more then one, its gonna take alot of money and time to catch up. I just finished watching the entire series, and i have been a huge buffy fan since the show first started so really want to continue in thier adventures. Can someone please clarify this for me please.

*Nevermind i see there is already a thread explaining this. Guess i should have looked a little harder. Sorry.

Tomorrow Issue 26 will be released. The TPBs are the issues but are being collected in volumes for those that don't want to buy them individually. So far there's 4 Buffy season 8 volumes out, each with 5 issues, so the four volumes out contain the first 20 issues, which marks the half way point of season 8. I explained that in a more convoluted way than I intended.

That was a TPB, or a trade paperback. It collects about five issues each volume, so people who aren't caught up can easily purchase and read the comics.
