Hey i've posted a thread like this before and someone explained to me that cos my muni was in the bank then thats why i didnt appear on the richest members but i just withdrew all my money and i stiall aint there, i dont mean to mither but thought i'd let you know, thanks

OMG its got worse i've lost like £4,000 i withdrew 4000 odd n when i just went to the bank it said "Welcome to the bank. You currently have 637 points in the bank, last updated on Today at 08:07 PM. You currently have 69 points in your pocket." and i should hav o much more than that n i dnt tink its dat thief thing tho cos it only happened 2 mins after i withdrew my muni, please help me, i was saving up 4 sumthin nice!!! please hel me cos im so distressed

ok im really confused, i just posted n in d corner where it says my store points are 4355, im cofused, sori if im mithering, i dnt want t annoy any1

oh its ok now, it sorted itself out, i guess i was being impatient, sorry if i bothered you
 
Sorry about this but I did the F5 thing and i've waited but now my money is -3551 and I'm worried that somehow I've lost money.
 
ok im gettin worried now, have i had money taken from me because i've waited a few days, my money still aint back, i've been posting a lot and my moneys going up (from -3551 and 3409) but i'm still down from what i should be, i shouldnt have a -ve figure i dnt think, i hope its just a glitch because it'll take me ages to get my points bak to 0, please can you help, sorry by the way, i know im mithering so sorry 🙂

I don't think there's anything you can do except for build up your points again somehow. Sorry.
 
I think for some reason the bank charges you when you make a transaction. I'm not sure how much but I stopped using it a long time ago cos it made me lose some money. I don't know how you could have lost so much money but it might be a glitch in the bank.
 
What was the last thing you purchased through the store, and have you made any changes to your bank account? i.e depositing and withdrawing the points?
 
I was just thinking..if you were having problems with your refresh...perhaps you kept hitting submit - thus it charged you for your transactions (or perhaps deducted or made you purchase something over and over?)
 
The last thing i did was put my money in the bank and that was it- when the points had gone in i was left with -3000 n odd, at first i though it would be ok cos i thought it would have gone into the bank but when i checked it hadnt.
 
Well, like Buffy I can't offer an explaination as I don't know what has happened. And because of that I don't know how you can fix it.
 
Ok well i suppose if theres nothing you can do there not much point in me moaning but thanks for trying anyway xxx
 
All I can do is contact the people who wrote this modification and see if they have any insight, but it's not something I can fix (not being the person who made it). 🙂
