Dark- It does have some violence and some sex scenes but it's not the focus of the show at all, it's a mystery/drama/horror and if you like being confused in a good way...because you know there's something clever to figure out, you'll like this show. It has some of the most unexpected plot twists I've ever seen.
Anne With an E- A really heartwarming show about an orphan called Anne trying to find her way in a new community after she gets adopted, it's kind of based on the Anne of Green Gable books but it's just an adaptation of them. I loved the cast and they had really intelligent storylines.
The Haunting of Hill House- It's a horror style show focusing on a family dealing with the loss of their mother and the strange happenings that went on in the house they grew up in, which includes the supernatural. A lot of the show focuses on the children, you see them as adults and then it flashes back a lot to them as children. It feels a lot like Stephen King's It in that way. But imo it's not extremely scary or violent.
The sequel to this series- The Haunting of Bly Manor is pretty good too, though not as good as Hill House.
Derry Girls- I think this is the best comedy show of the last 10 years at least, it's a show that follows a group of teenagers and their lives during the Troubles in Ireland during the 1990s. It would help you get the jokes if you have some understanding of that history but I think anyone would find this show funny. It has such sarcastic, dry humour.

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and Arcane (both animated shows, really great characters)
The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (it's a bit like Buffy in a way).
Riverdale- It's a show that is very insane but I would always recommend it because it's extremely entertaining.
