Improving Season 6

Getting rid of the 3 nerds sooner. Although they served some funny episodes, they were lame big bads, and seemed like villains that should have only lasted a few episodes.

Agreed, though I found them entertaining for a while I got pretty tired of them after a while. A better threat could have been introduced with Warren still posing as a villain for later in the season.
 
Just lock Dawn in a cupboard for the entire season and make the nerds do something a bit more extreme. I know the entire point was for them to be lame but it wasn't quite lame enough for me, would have preferred it properly lame or a bit more hardcore. Also a better build up to Xander walking out on the wedding, I felt that it was built up certainly but still seemed a bit random by leaving it until the very last minute.

Saying all that though, season 6 is still my favourite season.

I really love Season Six and I really wouldn't change hardly of it.

The only thing is I would make Willow's addiction to magic not such an obvious metaphor for drug addiction. I would make it much more subtle (without her dealer Rack and weird trip outs). I'm fine with magic being a problem for Willow (it was hinted that it could suck her in ever since Becoming) but why the over the top drug parallels? I mean there were parts that felt like an after school special..."don't do drugs kids or you'll end up crashing a car with your best friends sister in it."
 
I would change this ridiclous scene where buffy and spike have sex together in the house which starts breaking
