Are there any between season that you would have liked to have seen?

I would have loved between 3 and 4, them moving into uni, Cordelia deciding to go to LA, Xander's roadtrip.

Also between 5 and 6, Willow and Tara deciding to move in with Dawn, whether Dawn had any survivors guilt, how she dealt with Buffy being gone, the Scoobies learning to trust Spike and work with him.
 
I would have really liked to see mini-movies of what happened between the seasons, especially between:

S2 and S3: Joyce storming into the library and demanding an explanation, Giles trying to explain and Joyce freaking out on them, Xander and Willow being there for her through her break downs and guilt-trips - which will explain Xander's "You didn't see what she went through." Giles suffering nightmares of torture, Jenny's death, Buffy leaving on a nightly bases. Xander and Willow asking Giles for a plan to slay the vampires since Buffy isn't here, Giles being too busy looking for Buffy to care, Xander, Willow and Oz taking it upon themselves to protect Sunnydale, which was difficult at first because Willow was still weak from her injury and Xander's arm is still in a cast.

S5 and S6: Xander taking Anya to the hospital, the quiet Buffy funeral, Willow and Tara moving in with Dawn, Xander and Anya telling Xander's parents that they were getting married; Xander snapping at Anya when she was about to reveal that her family were demons, right before Xander's father snaps at his mother because she forgot a beer bottle or something which triggers Xander's fears about the possibility of turning into his father. How the Scoobies decided to use the BuffyBot? Spike fighting side by side with them.

S6 and S7: Giles taking Willow to the airport, only Xander was there to say goodbye. The formation of the Buffy/Xander/Dawn family unit. Tara's funeral - Buffy and Xander taking care of everything. Anya ruining people's lives unhappily.
 
Between 1 and 2, would be interesting to see when the 'new' Buffy came about and how it was revisiting the LA vampire scene. Also between 2 and 3 and how she managed to get a job, apartment, etc all while living off of the grid.
 
Between "The Origin" and Season 1.

I wanna see how Pike was Spike in disguise, how the council sent other watchers but they were killed, and how she got delusional and ended up in the mental institute.

I've never watched the movie, but I always thought that Pike was a cooler version of Xander, didn't he also have the storyline of his best friend turned into a vampire and he had to stake him?
 
The one I would want to see the most is between 5 and 6. Seeing how much magic Willow was consistently using for months would help make sense of her addiction. And I would like to see Willow in charge of the group for longer, and how they manage without Buffy. I would like to see the group's continued grief, especially Dawn now that she lost all her family. I would have liked Buffy to not come back till like the fourth or fifth episode.

I also think it would be interesting to see between 6 and 7, specifically if anyone besides Xander and Giles had seen Willow before she left for England, and it would have been interesting to see her study at the coven. However, I'm not sure how well they would be able to do with either of these things, so I'm pretty happy with what we got.

And I would have like to see between 3 and 4 to extend the time we have with Oz and with the young scoobies.

Also I wouldn't have minded seeing more of Buffy in LA between 2 and 3.
 
I would have loved to have seen the group between 5 & 6, the aftermath of Buffy's death, the (private Scooby) funeral, how they all deal with the grief of not only losing their friend but also the Sayer, maybe some scenes with Hank and the Buffybot discussing Dawn's care and Willow & Tara settling into a family routine with Dawn and how Dawn particularly copes with the deaths of her mother and sister in such a short space of time and the guilt associated with Buffy's death and her being the key.

Also, how Spike fits into the group as Dawn's protector. How he fights the vamps with them and becomes part of their unit in Buffy's memory.

Also would have liked to have seen some of Willow's rehab between 6 and 7. I thought it was a shame that all of that was off screen; but I guess they wanted to distance themselves from the addiction stuff and get her home as quickly as possible.
 
Some good ideas here. I'd like to see some cannonical comics or even just decent fanfics of these summers. 🙂
 
I wrote a missing episode set between S6 and S7 - two actually. One is more Buffy-centric than an ensemble episode. I may post them here.

I wanna see Xander's road trip between S3 and S4, especially the strip club! 😀 There are lots of fanfiction out there where almost every character has run into Xander the stripper: Spike, Angel, Doyle, Riley, Graham, Oz and even Tara.

There is a published novel, I'm sure.
