(In desperate need of) Spanish Help

hey...does anyone who speaks spanish feel like helping me translate something? if you do, i'll be eternally grateful. 😀 i have to translate and memorize a report on the month of november by friday, and last time i had to do this, i screwed it up. so i'd really appreciate it if someone could help me...

i need to have this translated into spanish-

In the month of November, the leaves fall off of the trees, and it gets very cold outside. We celebrate the holiday of Thanksgiving, when we think of all we are thankful for. We also eat lots of food on this day. The pilgrims and indians started this holiday almost 400 years ago, and we still celebrate it today.

*gets down on knees and begs* please, please, please! 😀

En el mes de Noviembre , el hojas desprenderse de la à¡rboles , y ella ponerse muy frà­o fuera. Celebramos el dà­a de fiesta de Thanksgiving , cuà¡ndo pensamos de todo somos agradecido por. Nosotros también comer cantidades de alimento en este dà­a. El peregrino y indias comenzado esto dà­a de fiesta casi 400 años hace , y nosotros todavà­a celebrar ella hoy.

I'm pretty sure everything is correct.

Celebramos el dà­a de Accion de Gracias, un dà­a de fiesta en que nos agradecemos por el bien de todos. Tambien comemos bastante comida en ese dà­a. Los peregrinos e indios empezaron la tradición casi cuatrocientos años atrà¡s y hoy todavà­a nos celebramos el mismo dà­a.
