im watching the wish but i just realiesed theres no faith, why?

Are you sure that's Faith? I don't think Faith would have come to Sunnydale if she hadn't become a slayer. Buffy wouldn't have died if she didn't come to Sunnydale. So another Slayer wouldn't have been called.

yeah i think you are right- maybe eliza was bored so they just threw her in
 
Buffy hadn't died, activating Kendra, or Faith for that matter. Faith was probably still in Boston.

The events of 'The Wish' are like a two-years-too-late 'Prophecy Girl'. They're concurrent. The Master does end up killing Buffy in the end.

I honestly beleive that it was Eliza, because she was such a major player throughout the entirety of season three. They probably put her in a bit part, a little extra action. That chick looks a little bit too much like Eliza for me.
 
if it was faith there could be an explanation, like before she was a slayer she found out that sunnydale was overiden with vampos and because she was a big hard potential she thought she could help so when kakistos killed her watcher, if he still does in this reality she thought she could help so she went to sunnydale
 
I thought that girl getting bit outside The Bronze was Faith, I wasn't sure.

If that was Faith, maybe she came to Sunnydale with her Watcher and being a potential came to help guard the Hellmouth. Or she could have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

But it wasn't Faith anyway...Joss even said it wasn't. It was just some random girl...

As most people said already...Faith would have never even been called, Buffy would have never died...so Faith probably wouldn't be anywhere near Sunnydale...
 
how do we know buffy didnt die, the codex prophecy might still have come true in cleveland with anothe rvamp or somethin
 
The Codex says:

Giles: Tomorrow night Buffy will face the Master, and she will die.

The Master resides in Sunnydale and Buffy never went to Sunnydale, so she wouldn't have died, therefore Kendra would not have been called and Faith would more than likely been to old to call as the second slayer in line.
 
Even if Kendra was called, she may well have stayed where she was, or traveled to other places--not Sunnydale. Then she wouldn't have died, and Faith wouldn't have been called (or she died some other way, some other time, leading to a different potential being called).
 
I know Joss said it wasn't her, but it looks too much like her. It was probably a huge coincidence. I think of that as Faith, and my theory behind that is her watcher was killed by Kakistos, she escaped barely and the Watcher's Council put her there because she was likely to be called and they wanted Giles to be her Watcher. Identified Potentials do have Watchers.
 
If you watch it frame by frame, it looks less like her, besides which, since the next slayer awaiting activation would be Kendra, its unlikely Faith would even be an identifiable potential. Plus she ain't go no tattoo...
 
She said "I wish buffy summers had never come to Sunnydale" and buffy wouldent have died, kendra wouldent have came and got killed and that means faith would have never cam
 
I don't think it is Faith (And neither do We at the Institute) but if I were to play devil's advocate, I could argue that since Buffy was drawn to Sunnydale despite the Wish, Faith might have been too...

I agree with Mesektet for the most part. Buffy was not Sunnydales slayer in this reality. She was sent there by her watcher from elsewhere. (Sort of like Kendra would get sent by hers on occasion.) I got the impression that Sunnydale had no slayer , which was why it was in the condition it was. So therefore Faith would still be in Boston.
