I believe she was in Earshot, the smarty girl that Buffy "used" to answer questions. Character name was Nancy however. Maybe it was just a random token girl.

It wasn't the same person, they were both called Nancy but they were played by two different people. Nah, the Nancy in 'Beneath You' was played by Kaarina Aufranc.
I guess Joss & Co. were running out of names for one episode characters. 🙂

Hmmm...I just asked my sister, cause she always seems to know weird stuff like that, and she said that she thought it was the girl who got beat up in Nightmares...but I'm not sure if she's right...I want to say that girl who got beat up was named Laura...I couldn't find Mariah O'Brien guest starring in any other episodes...so I'm guessing she's just some random girl...
EDIT: I just looked it up and The Wish is the only episode that she appeared on...
