When I first heard rumors about this film. I completely geeked.I love every single one of the Indiana Jones films and the fact that they were doing a fourth one made me so happy.

And from what I've seen on the trailer this movie is going to be entirely made of awesomeosity.

I was at first a bit concerned about Harrison Ford still playing Indie- I was worried it was gonna end up being a bit of joke I mean it was twenty years ago when he did the last one. But he is still pulling it off very well. Very well indeed.

I can't be the only woman who always found the hat sexy??

For a man pushing 70 real hard, the ol' boy looks pretty well preserved. Gives me real hope for the next decade.

I'm glad Marion Ravenwood (Karen Allen) is back. She was the best female character in the series, by far.

I love Indiana Jones, The Last Crusade is one of my favourite films.

Last Crusade was always my favorite of the trilogy. I just love Sean Connery and Harrison Ford together; they just created such excellent and perfectly timed comedy. It was fantastic.
Close runner up was Temple of Doom though...god, I'm getting all filmed up here. Me and Mom used to watch them every Christmas together so it's making me feel all Christmassy. haha.

I saw the trailer the other day and was nearly squealing. I have such fond memories of Indiana Jones. When we got our first VCR in the mid 80s we had 2 tapes for it--Goonies and Temple of Doom and me and my brother watched them every single day. We had both movies memorized. I can still recite most of ToD and can picture it in my head. I even knew the words to the song "Anything Goes" (had a tape with movie songs and that was one of them).

I love Harrison Ford. He looks darn good for his age. If only everyone could look that good and be that active at nearly 70.

Saw the trailer before Jumper. Definitely want to see it. I wanted to see every movie actually that they showed a trailer for.. 🙂

This movie does look like it's gonna be sweet. I will definitely check it out on opening weekend. I still gotta go see Rambo too.

My friends and I watched the trailer and freaked out. We were afraid they were going to CGI it up. To our amazement, however, it looked like it had the old-school stunts and pacing! As 80s kids, ourselves, we're all super excited.

Yeah apparently the writers, producers etc all decided in the very early stages that they wanted nothing to be CGIed so it kept in theme with the original movies. Geek-out-dom, I know right?

NOT geekdom, man. Those old style effects were the best.

When CGI first came out, they used it sparingly and integrated it with animatronics and stuff. *That* was cool. Lately, though, everything is CGI. It makes things look really fake. CGI should, in my opinion, be used to edit out (or in) eye blinks and smooth the movements of real, physical objects. Instead, new action/adventure movies tend to look like cartoons. I am sooo glad that the new Indy movie won't look like a cartoon.
