i've seen it... it's a sweedish film(guess that's why so may on this board prob hasn't seen it! here in norway we have all hear of it or seen it... i didn't like it much, not my kinda thing, but it did have very good actors! its a good film technicly, just the whole topic and some of the scenes is so.. well not my thing.... but you are right that it does sorta show a picture of how things are in western europe hish schools...
ally cat if you liked this film, you should try to get a hold of lilja-4-ever it's made by the same director.. and it's abbout a young prostitute, who have to make aliving seling herself(she's an russian imigrant in sweeden i think!) i haven't seen it but my best-f did and she loved it!!!

i don't remember what school year i was in when this film came out, but i think i went tpo 10th grade(here in NOR that's last year of jr high school...) and my class and i went on a school trip, to sweeden to ride these bikes on railroad tracks. and we acually past à…mål... i think i remember thinking that that was cool, cos i'd just seen that film
i know that alot of teens in norway LOVED this film..
