Does anyone else have it?
If so, is it cause you're just nocturnal by nature and prefer being up at night, or cause you simply can't fall asleep no matter how hard you try? Do you make up for it during the day, or do you just somehow manage to function with very little sleep on a daily basis?
I've always preferred the night for a lot of things such as reading, writing, watching movies, going on the internet, etc.. It's dark and quiet outside and feels so much more peaceful - unless you have a little kitty who every night, get's the midnight crazies. But it's kind of a pesky habit once you get into it cause it's gotten to a point where even if I try, I can't seem to fall asleep at a normal hour. And if I do, I can't stay asleep for as long anymore.
I'm sure there are lots of other people who share the same affliction - what do you do about it?
