Interesting Ages

After learning that Vincent was three years older than Alexa, I noticed some interesting age gaps:

Robia (Jenny Calendar): 2 weeks older than Charisma
[teacher & student]

Vincent (Connor): 3 years older than Alexa (Gwen)

Amy (Fred) & Sarah (Buffy): 3 years older than Vincent (Connor)

Alexa (Gwen): 3 years older than Michelle (Dawn)

Mercedes (Harmony): less than two months older than Vincent (Connor)

Charisma (Cordy): ten years older than Mercedes (Harmony)

Tony (Giles): eight years older than James (Spike)

The Charisma and Mercedes' gaps always impressed me. 😀

I knew the ages were kinda weird.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but everyone in Buffy's original gang was a few good years older than Sarah Michelle Gellar, who herself was 2 years older than her character. This only changed when Faith came around, I think her and he character are approximately the same age.

Interesting one you didn't mention: Nicholas Brenndon, Charisma Carpenter, David Boreanaz, Robia are ALL about the same age.
