Hello one and all, my name, or I should say psuedonym is Spook,

I must have watched Buffy and Angel, fully, about 5 times since I first saw it years ago, and thinking about it I must have been around seven or eight the first time I saw Buffy. The reason I have recently rewatched both shows again is because my cousin, well I say cousin but were not actually blood related, anyway, recently he sent me his comic book collection which according to him includes every Buffyverse comic and I thought, if I am going to be reading this then what would make it even more enjoyable than sharing thoughts, opinions, feelings with others who enjoy it as much as I do and that's why I'm here so I just wanted to say thank you for reading and I hope we get to know eachother and I'm happy to be here.

Hey Spook, great to have you here! You've got great timing, because we've actually been talking quite a bit about the comics lately.
 
Welcome to the boards! I'm going to second wanting to know what your favorite characters are - always a good place to start to see inside a person's mind. We also do a decent amount of talking about the comics here, though mostly the season 8 and 9 comics, along with ATF - not sure how many people here have read all the other non-canon comics - and there a lot of them.
 
It's great to receive such a positive welcome, as for my favourite Whedonverse characters..damn, thats a tough one, there are so many, I haven't seen Dollhouse yet but lets see, Dr Horrible, gotta love Neil Patrick Harris, Malcolm Reynolds, love Nathan Fillion in Castle as well, Wash, Kaylee, Jayne, Spike, can't believe how different James Marsters looks as braniac in Smallville, Giles, Anya, Oz, Doyle, Fred, Illyria seriously I love so many of the characters and my favourites change each time I rewatch it making it difficult to narrow it down, always love Doyle I don't think Angel would have been anywhere near as successful if he wasn't in it at the beginning, glad he changed Cordelia because she became more likeable, though not one of my favourites, unless you're talking about the dragon 😛 which brings me to Groo, hes pretty cool, not a favourite but definitely someone you like to see every now and then, oh and Lorne, love Lorne, hard to believe that Andy Hallet, may he rest in peace, only got the part by chance after Whedon saw him singing, we almost never had a Lorne...that's a little depressing, then again Spike was originally supposed to die after a few episodes so I guess sometimes we get lucky, the thing I love about Whedonverse works is that they fully develop all of the characters, not just focussing on the main charcters creating an entire world we can experience, sorry I couldn't narrow it down very much and that I kind of rambled on for a while but hopefully this is close to what you wanted to know. 🙂

Thank you, I like my name aswell, and regarding my sig, unfortunately Photoshop isn't working right for me right now so I had to use Paint which to be honest makes me a little proud of it, your own signature is quite nice I always enjoy seeing that effect being used and thank you for the welcome, it's nice to meet you!
