Is anyone else annoyed with the lack of Wes?

I am 'cus they did so much work with the character and he became totally badass in S4 (he was my fave character in S4) and we've had only one Wes centred eppie in S5! I want more Wesley Wyndham-Price!! 😡 😡
 
Yes, I wish they would do more with his character. He was great in season 4, and I loved watching Wes. But now he's just shoved in the backround, and really has no point. I loved the one episode centered around him, and I would really like to see more of his character this season.
 
Well yeah Wesley had only one episode, but the season is only up to episode 9 so....

The only thing i dint like was how Wes just came back, they could have used more time to let him explain and such....
 
He really went up in rank during season 4. When Cordelia left he rose up as Angel's right hand man. But he seems to have taken a knock down this season in favour of Spike (like Fred and Gunn).
 
As much as I loved bad-ass Wes, right now, I wouldn't mind if he wouldn't show up anymore at all.
 
He is one of my faves, I am disappointed he has not been a big part of S5. It comes down to Spike coming over I bet, he always takes over in the end.

Honestly, I am not surprised-he was Hugely important in Seasons 3 and 4, it is no wonder they probably have a break in story ideas for him this season-besides, Alexis is probably pretty happy about it, considering his newlywed status and all-My bet is that he will return to grandeur in Season 6. He better 🙁

They could have let him tell them where he was, and how he is doing these days....
I mean they acted like nothing had happend. Not even 5 min, could they give him for that!
 
Well season 6 is not official yet!

There has been hints from Joss about a season more, but its still up to the WB! And Davids 5 year contract is done, so he might not sign for a year more.... In an interview not long ago, he said that he still does not know what he will do! So its kind of 50/50....
 
The WB has already ordered a season 6 of Angel, so yes it's certain.

Considering that Wes nearly dominated both Seasons 3 and 4, is it really a bad thing that his character is given a break? I don't think so. And quite frankly, without Lilah in the picture, I'm not that interested.

Hm, that would be great! But do you got any links on the news,
because nobody is talking about it on other forums....

That lady from Eonline said that there would be a season 6, but
she misunderstood the news about WB wanting a full season 5,
and not a season 6, so....

It was stated in episode 8 (Destiny) that he was on personal leave. What is there to explain?
