Is anyone Vietnamese here?

i'm not vietnamese.. but i am norweigan and as far as i know, i'm the only one... hey we should make like a club... yeah we could call it the loners(spelling?) LOL (ps: i'm only kidding 😀)
 
I'm Dutch, I know there may be one or two others here, but they never post ... so feel kinda lonely too ... can I join?
 
Figures. Some Vietnamese people are raised to not watch "stupid" shows like BtVS and AtS. As far as I know, I haven't met another Vietnamese person who watches the shows, let alone be obsessed with them!

We should start a club. I feel lonely... lol.
 
yeah lets start a club!! heheh i know theres a russian site about btvs and they have the show i russia too.. i watched it once this summer while i was in moscow.. it sucks!! they're only at s4 (or 5..) and the voices and translations are just terrible hehe

its the same for what we have in french in quebec.. i dont know what season theyre at now, but i know the voices sound so dumb!

i can only watch shows/movies in their original version :\
 
The shows don't air in Vietnam -- I don't believe that's possible in the near future, either -- but I'm asking if someone Vietnamese is a fan. They might live in the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, France, Norway, Germany, wherever.

The thing about voices being dubbed is if I understand both languages and I'm listening to both of them at the same time, I get confused!

i know what u mean.. its the same for me when i watch buffy in russian, cuz they just put the russian voices over the english ones 😵

buffy in french is better in this way, i guess.. since they dont just put french voices over english, but remplace english by the french ones. so its not that confusing ^^;
 
When I went back to Vietnam during my summer vacation, I watched "Rush Hour 2" and couldn't understand a thing 'cause of bad dubbing. So I watched a TV channel instead and a French cartoon aired. I can't understand French either so I turned it off. The French invaded Vietnam in the 1900s. A French guy (many years before) saw that the Vietnamese had no language of their own so he created the Vietnamese language. If it weren't for him, I'd be able to speak Chinese!
 
I like Asian boys, too. I don't know if I'll ever be attracted to a guy with blond hair. There's something about dark eyes and dark hair... in fact, my crush right now is part Chinese and part Taiwanese...

But taiwanese are basicly chinese only the languagw is a little different lol
 
it's there kissable lips and sexy bodies and well there eyes....I also LOVE there hair lol......u need to see Edison Chen, Vanness Wu, Richard Sun, Lee Wei, Daniel Wu, Ken Chou or Stephen Fung and your heart will melt! Gackt and Hyde are realy hot too but there very femenine and there Japanese but there soooooooooo hot and sexy!!! You just want to touch them lol
Have u ever heard of F4 or of Energy? There taiwanese boy bands!

Hey do u speak vietnamese?
I speak Mandarin (or Taiwanese, my dad was raised in Taipei Taiwan), and Cantnonese (or Chinese...which ever u wanna call it), And (my mothers birth languages) Bosninan and Croatian (there the same language but the accent is different, like english and british)
And right now Im taking Japanese in school. Dont know much though lol
The only thing that sux, I cant read or write in Canto or Mandarin.
