BB is definitely my favourite site and I check it daily and nightly. I've made good friends and even though I've been here awhile I still don't know what a House is.

Congrats to Buffy Summers and the mods, they do such a great job.

I personally love BB boards. I'm not on here as much as some and I tend to come and go with how much I'm watching Buffy or Angel....but it doesn't matter. I always feel welcome and I appreciate seeing the friendships that people form here. It's an extremely well layed out site with lots of active discussions and things to do. It has a real sense of community! Plus, I just love the fact that I feel encouraged to revel in my nerdiness for the love of a tv show. I'll never be looked down upon here for finding something in a tv show that enriches my life and makes me feel good! Love you guys! 🙂

I think BB is such a gem I've found. It's the best Buffy/Whedon forum there is out there I believe and it's just so clear and easy to read and to work your way through. Admittedly when you first get here it's like 'Whoa this place is effing huge!' and much lost-like things occur, but after that initial reaction it's great. The people on here are great too- I mean my Aunt told me some stuff went on here (I'm not sure how recently though) but from what I've seen so far everything's been nice and friendly. I have a hectic forgetful lifestyle and one week I won't post at all and another you'll see my handiwork ALL over the boards, hee, but when I am absent for a short while I never worry about coming back to find myself excluded which is what I've found sometimes on other boards.

Ok, I'll admit it, there are some people on this board that drive me CRAZY. :biggrin3: But really, that just makes this place more real. 🙂

And also makes this place really remind me of school (Once again)... There are some people who I'm in love with by the time I finish reading their first post. Some people who I worship now that I didn't even know existed a couple of months ago. Some people who I've never liked and probably never will like. :biggrin3: But all in all, this place is like a sanctuary, and a great place for all.

Well the first thing that pulled me to this board last december was the very interesting discussions going on about both shows. After that I also realized how much of a nice place this was. I've been on hundreds of forums online, and this is probably the one I felt the most welcome to.

It's really great to have a place where you know that everyone is a fan of the same thing you are haha =P Also these shows ended multiple years ago, yet this is still very much alive, which is surprising to me! I like the whole website layout, it's really easy to find something when you wanna read/discuss about it. The dorms are a pretty good idea too, even though it's not really something i've ever been into(SORRY BRITT!). I also read MUCH more than I post here, so that might make it look like i'm not very active.

Like others have pointed out, Buffy Summers and the other mods do a really good job, high five to them =)

I've found myself posting on here so much which just shows you how much i enjoy coming onto this board. It allows me to have conversations with people about a show i just love which i simply can't do at home.

The people on this board have so many opinions and its a pleasure trying to get to know everyone. It is a shame that we can't actually physicially meet and watch an episode as one big group, that would be awesome, but at least everyone on here understands why people love the show. It is that understanding which makes BB a point of call for me now on several occasions throughout the day.

Once upon a time BB was my favourite site, it was one of the first forums I joined. I'm not on many forums so I still come back to check up. I met some of my closest friends here, and for that I will always be grateful. Its changed, it seems like there is a younger crew here at the moment, I spose all forums go through their ups and downs. I dont feel a part of the community here anymore but it doesnt bother me really, I still talk to the people I love. Buffy is my favourite show so of course I'll be around, some of the best discussions, ideas and arguments bout Buffy are here and that cant be denied!

I meant to say that you're still pretty young yourself. Younger than Joan who's almost a quarter of a century old, anyway. :X3:

Although I also noticed that we're getting more teens everyday. I can happily say that I'm not one of 'em. :biggrin3: (No.. Not a teen yet...) Still, I like it, it creates a feel of a community that has a broader and more diverse atmosphere. 🙂

Well the BB has quickly become my favorite site. I joined it not too long ago because I felt like I was missing Buffy and Angel and discussing the shows.
I used to belong to another board several years ago that I LOVED, so I was a bit hesitant at first, not sure it was my thing anymore (partly cause it just about broke my heart when the other site was shut down some time after Buffy's cancellation 🙁)

But, I love it here. I really do.
There's great people, great conversations... vampires and vampire Slayers... what more can you want?
Also it's nice to know that there are still people out there who just like me are still obsessed with the shows and all things Whedon.

I've been into Buffy for so long (since the very beginning) and it's wonderful that the torch is still burning hot:biggrin3:

While it does make me feel like an old lady at times to hear about these people who were, like, 7 when the show first aired (LOL), it also makes me happy to know that the show is still drawing in fans. I've just joined but i watched the show basicially when it first came out. It is always good to know that the show continues to live on with not only the people who were fans at the beginning, but now the younger generation. Buffy and Angel continue to live on and aslong as that stays the same my hope of seeing the cast together one more time remains alive.

The out of date shows are the best imo. It means that it isn't just a fad, the fans are true fans that really love the show. 🙂

The fact that so many people are still talking about Buffy 7 years after it ended, underlines how special the show was to the fans. Let's see if Twilight carries the same core following 7 years from now. When people compare Buffy and Twilight in the future there will only ever be one winner. It is Buffy by the way, so i'am bias, but it is true.

Probably. 🙂 Buffy fans are persistent. Just like "Old Hickory" Jackson. :tongue3: (Too much Social Studies...) The only other fandom that I can imagine living on as long as Buffy is the Harry Potter fandom. 😀
