Is Buffy whiny?

I dont think Faith had any feelings good or bad for her, she was just there in the room! Everyone had to deal with Buffy dying not just her, ok she was her sister but they all loved her like a sister! She is the baby of the group but theres a point where she should have grown up and stopped being such a brat, as for Forever she was a complete idiot in that ep, she was told not to mess with magic but she did, causing Buffy more heartbreak (the scene where she thinks her mums coming back)...and in potential she milked her moment for everything it was worth (running away so everyone would run after her)....Seriously I hate her Ive never hated a character so much lol 😛

No I could see hints of Daith, dancing together at the Bronze, Dawn wading in to save Faith from the cops, Dawn siding with Faith over the Buffy argument. Remember if things had worked out differently Dawn could easily have been Faith's sister.

I think both Buffy and Dawn could be a little whiny at times but face it, they both had a lot to put up with😉

I still feel Faith thought her to be a little more tolerable than the rest of those muppet potentials but not to the point of liking her, Dawn sided with Faith yes but that just means she liked Faith that doesnt mean Faith liked her lol

If Dawn was Faiths sister I still would have hated her shes just a crap character lol

Buffy's too tough to whine, but she does complain. 😀 And there's a difference. Plus when you get stuck with a job that you didn't apply for and that has killed everyone who's had it before you, well, complaining is kinda justified. 🙂

To answer the OP, I don't think Buffy is whiny. I actually hate it when peoples say that about her... She had to carry the weight of the world on her shoulders. EVERYONE would have whined sometimes. Also she was a TEENAGER in the first 3/4 seasons. Give her a break, seriously!

No, she's the greatest, she's what the Buffyverse is all about as Buffy's note in End of Days proves. Interesting to imagine what Dawn as Faith's sister would have been like, I figure the same girl but sort of more Avril Lavigne like. Read some interesting fanfic on the subject where a a grieving Joyce adopts both Lehane girls to help her recover from the agony of losing Buffy
