What's this on Charlotte's head? Probably it's a birth mark, my brother has the same one under his eyebrow, but just not this big. I don't think it's a mole. Some people think it's Hemangioma, and I have to say, it does resemble. For you who don't know what Hemangioma is, read:

I don't know a lot about medicine, but as far as I know Hemangioma is not dangerous. It disappears by it's own after some time. I hope Charlotte will be fine.
And I just wanted to say that I saw a lot of bashing of this baby, how she's ugly, look like a boy, has a fish face or that she's even mentally ill. I just have to say that those people are sick. I don't know how someone can talk about a baby like that. Charlotte is only 9. Maybe she is not the cutest baby we have ever seen, but the tastes are not discussed. I think Charlotte is cute, and I think she'll grow up into beautiful little girl. And about those bashing sickoes, just give me an hour alone with them!

I changed the image to a link, cuz it was so big, just for people with slower connections! :)

That's sad. She's just a baby and they bash her already??

I didn't know people were picking on her. That is so wrong.
I never understood people who can call a baby ugly. It just doesn't make sense to me! A baby's a baby. I can't look at two babies and have any idea which is "cuter." It just doesn't compute with me I guess. I'm sure Charlotte will be fine 🙂
I've seen a worse Hemangioma on a family friend's baby, and it went away after a few years.

I know. Just the word baby makes me go "awww", and I don't understand how people can be so cruel.:/

I'd never seen what her baby looked like until now. She's cute! Seriously, people have some deep-seeded issues if they think that baby's ugly!

It could be just a birthmark. I have a mark similiar in size on my right temple and it's completely fine. However, I do think SMG should have it checked out, just to be on the safe side. Of course, she could have done that already 😉

I'm sure she did. But if it's Hemangioma, it's not that big, I've seen bigger, and it will go after a while. I've had one on the back of my neck, and it went around the age of 2.

Aww i know🙁 I don't get how anyone can call any babies ugly!
Charlotte is uber cute!

Well, it's not nice to see, or nice to have. Her is very small.. they can be very large, like some babies have it all over their hands. I had it on the back of my neck and it went away. I sure she'll loose it soon. And if Sarah wants, she can remove it by surgery, but I don't think there's need for that.

I think Charlotte is a cute baby! And there are definitely worse things for a baby to have other then a birthmark on the head! I can't believe people would be nasty about a baby, I think it's really strange what people will do and say when they're hiding behind a computer screen.

My little cousin had one of those on his ear when he was born. Usually, it's just a birthmark but sometimes they can be something more serious.
Charlotte is definitely not an ugly baby!! I have seen some babies who were not as cute as others, but all babies are cute because they're tiny little people and that's adorable. 🙂

It looks exactly like what my cousin had when she was born; one dime-sized, red mark on her forehead and one similar in size on her cheek. From what I remember, the doctors said they were birthmarks and that they were nothing to worry about and eventually they'd fade away. They had another name for it, and reading the OP post, Hemangioma rings a bell so I'm thinking that's what they were. She's 10 now, and they've faded away.

Maybe it's a birthmark, or maybe the poor kid bumped her head. It doesn't look too much like a bump though so I'm going for the hemangioma/birthmark theory.
Hers is on her head, so she's lucky enough to have hair to cover it.

Such a cute baby though. Can't wait to see what she looks like when she gets older :]
