I heard a rumors that is going around that David Boreanaz has been signed for the role of Superman with two sequels in a
deal worth £30 million.

I was just wondering if it was ture or not??
 
It's one of those topics that could go in here, or latest News & Announcements, or Angel S4 forums I guess 'lol'

I guess as the original thread starter had included in the title 'Angel S5 or Superman', he figured the current Angel season forum the best place to put it, as it was asking whether there would be a Season 5 or not. Who knows?! 'lol'
 
yeah i suppose but ah well atleast i know now...

🙁 there better be a season 5 I am not missing out on both buffy and Angel, that would just be most horrible thing to ever happen (ok a bit over the top ) but still it would be horrible , the produces cant cancle both shows.

he could just comute like SMG did with Scooby doo! 😀
 
i dont know if it would work...maybe with a cool costume...
 
He was gonna sign to do 3 Superman films if Angel was'nt renewed for season 5. Obviously, thats out now, but the movie bosses have promised him he will be Batman when Angel does finally come to an end.

Are u sure BradSteel it sounds like rumours 2 me, i dont think anyone promices anyone in hollywood. Anyway the last batman movie was a massive box office flop...i dont think they will want to make a new one anytime soon

Hey one last thing, i know Angels a fantastic show exept if you had the choice of doing one more season of a virtually unreconised show or signing on to be the star of 3 big budget movies....think about it
 
David Boreanaz himself said that it wasnt true, he would like to do it but well he isnt going to be Superman, espically since they are considering some other ppl to play the part and David isnt on their top list
 
He did'nt have the choice to stop doing Angel to take Superman, because of that magical 'contract' word. He has been promised Batman, as the rights are held by The WB, and it is being made, it's official that there is going to be at least one new Batman film. Warner Brothers themselves have admitted all this, it's no secret.
 
ok well may I ask you if you have the link that makes it offical cause I havent heard about him being promised Batman
 
It was months ago, so i don't have a link. When i say it's all official, i mean about there being at least one new Batman film. The story about David being promised Batman was only from 'a source' at Warner Brothers, and it was in Dreamwatch, or SFX, one of those magazines.
