@thrasherpix I think the comedy potential for my second choice for Spike is even better than with Willow.
Fred is my first choice because that's the only relationship that Spike has had that has been healthy from the beginning and involved genuine respect and liking for each other. My second choice is not quite as good, but they do get along with each others after their first meeting, Spike admits to genuine feelings and they have shared interests. So, a healthy relationship is possible.

"I shagged your mum."
