I've seen a few advertisments (spelling?) for Kitchen Confidential, but Nick doesn't seem to be a big part of the show. So is he just a small character or one of the stars?

Well, I don't think he's the star of the show; his role will be a bit more modest, but I think that he'll definitely be in scoobie range of this show.

Yeah they're classing the star as the guy from Wedding Crashers and Bonnie Summerfield (or whatever her surname is) is getting a fair amount of press as shes the leading lady. Then theres Nick,another girl and another guy. Don't worry, hes a regular (ie every episode)

Well, he seems to be a very integral part of the team, but they have to fit a lot of story into 30 min (less with commercials) and of course a majority of time has to be focused on the main character, but so far I think he's done well. He seems to be some sort of moderator.
