Is Sarah supposed to look strung out in "Ringer"

In almost every freaking episode of Ringer she has bags under her eyes, is she supposed to look like that while playing Bridget?

Well, it seems reasonable for her to look at least a little strung out given that she is a rather put-upon drug addict, even if she has been sober for six months. It also helps to distinguish her from Siobhan.
