Does anyone have season 7 in their top 3 seasons? Is it number 1 for anyone?

I'm not asking which is your favourite season, I just want to know if you do have season 7 as one of your favourite seasons.

It's my favourite season - I've said this all along. It's the primary reason I have an interest in BtVS. You won't want to know why - it's boring and a lot to do with mathematical axioms. 🙄

Loved it for Spuffy and Spike development although could have lived without all focus on potentials. It was great to see characters like Faith and Angel make appearance and i liked how it ended albeit I wish Anya had survived...sob

Still a favourite . For me it's the essential Buffy story written in the boldest strokes .

Honestly though , for me rating BTVS seasons is like rating orgasms .They're all pretty good 😀 .

"it's the essential Buffy story written in the boldest strokes" is a lovely way of putting it. For me, it encompasses every stage of her life (hence, The Master and Whedon pushing the idea of "going back to the beginning and learning something"). I watched Pangs yesterday and, with hindsight, there's so much in there that feeds directly into S7. As for the rest of your post...well...I want your life. 😉

No. For most television shows, seasons six and seven happened, coasting on audience good will from the first six seasons. Sure, they have moments of genius, but there's also a lot of burnout.

No since it had the Potentials, how it became the Spike show, how Willow got off easy, and how it focused more on Spike's man pain instead of Buffy's trauma.
