Question Is this slash photo between Angel and Spike real?

If you get on Google and do an image search, typing in the text 'spike +angel' (without quotes), then on the top row on the far right, there's a black-and-white picture that looks like a kiss between Spike and Angel...Now I know that 20th century Fox definitively said that those characters are not gay, but I was wondering: is this picture real? It can't be loaded up any larger and I haven't been able to find it anywhere else...is it fan art or a photograph?

A million thanks to anyone who can help!

If you mean his remark to Illyria about never being intimate except that one time, wasn't that kind of along the line of his not-altogether-serious remark in "What's My Line" to Willy about "not wanting to rush it" with Angel? 😉 Seems like it could go both ways.
 
This is the picture you're referring too, correct? I have it one my computer, and sadly, I'm sure it's fanart. Nicely done, I must admit.

I think it was simply made as a caption to Spike's admission of him and Angel being "intimate" at one time. 😉

Actually, wasn't it confirmed in a commentary by Joss that it wasn't a joke?
 
Spike never kissed Angel, but Xander, now, that's a different story.
