I'm not really sure... I know W&H doesn't have a division in LA, but they show back up in Las Vegas. So are they never touching Angel again? Because he definitely "beat" them in After the Fall..
 
Didn't they open a cincinatti office? I wouldn't say Angel "beat" w&h. They just killed all the members of the blackthorn. Imo w&h will always be around. They're even in other dimensions.
 
They haven't shown up in Angel & Faith, but they have a presence in Buffy in Season 9. Very little presence, but they seem to exist, only separated from the Senior Partners because magic is gone.
 
In the 6 part arc from IDW, which also explains where Spike got his space ship complete with bug crew, the Senior Partners were shown leaving Earth, which I thought was strange, since it was my impression that they were supposed to inhabit another dimension, and that arc is part of the IDW series that is acknowledged by Joss as actually being canon.

Anyhow, only the LA branch was destroyed, leaving Rome and several other locations intact, which should mean that they still have a presence on earth in the Buffyverse.
 
In the season 9 Buffy comics,

Wolfram & Hart still exist, but are cut off from our dimension because of Buffy's destruction of the Seed of Magic at the end of season 8. They find a way to communicate with our dimension through an Internet social network called TinCan, which was built by partly mystical means and connects to the White Room. Buffy and Kennedy find this out and convince the Zuckerberg-like founder of TinCan to destroy the network's server farm and close the company, so W&H is cut off once again.
