Faith. Giles. Let's catch up!

In a one-shot issue, Krueger fleshes out the go-to girl for dirty deeds, Faith, and her new partner, Giles. After her last thankless escapade, where she put a stop to Buffy-hunting Slayer and kindred spirit Lady Gigi, Faith decided that though she's determined to be finished with bloodshed, she's not ready to leave misguided Slayers (like Gigi) with nowhere to turn. Fast-forward to the present . . . bloodshed still abounds, and the Faith-and-Giles team is still finding out what it really means to help those chosen to slay . . .

That's really nice...the library reminds of the one in Trinity College in Dublin. Can't wait for more Faith and Giles.
 
One of the best bits about S8 is the Faith/Giles team, that cover is awesome.

But wow, Faith is really stacked, isn't she?

I love that Faith is getting to be a heroine. I hope they let her keep it up.
 
It's always good to see Faith again, and I really think that her new association with Giles will be good for her, even though he is now apparently on less than friendly terms with his former friends. It's really sad that, despite her best, most sincere efforts to prove herself and be finally, truly, accepted by Buffy and her inner circle, fate or sheer dumb luck just keep intervening. Now, we have not only a rogue Slayer, but a rogue Watcher as well. Now all we need is for Andrew to join their team and be the rogue ex-criminal mastermind.
 
This is one of my favorite covers. I love everything about it. Can't wait for this issue.

I think the relationship between Faith and Buffy will be an important plot point this season...maybe the most important, in the end.

Faith and Buffy are now moving in different directions, as usual... but this time it's Faith who knows she doesn't want to cross the line from Slayer to Killer, and Buffy who's not so sure.

I think that Faith and Giles are going to be very important in helping Buffy find herself again this season.

i love your signature seraphim. i'm stealing that last line...where is it from?

it's cool to see faith continue her road for redemption...it's also..."relatable" (trying not to use the word realistic when describing art forms) that she's helping wayward slayers...they should just make a faith & giles comic spin off like they did with Spike: After thefall. that'd be sick.

i bet faith & giles will be reunited with the scooby gang/buffy when the time calls for it....when it's all time for season 8 to wind together.

Yeah I'm definitely glad to see that they're bringing Faith back, but when are they going to bring Oz back into the picture. Didn't they say he was coming back? Which issue is that?
 
Okay. You should know, as a gay boy, I don't usually notice this kind of stuff. But right now, I have to say. Holy Mother of God, what kind of BOOBS were drawn on Faith ?! They're like gigantic and you can see only them !!
