What conspiracy theories do you have for the future or past events? Where do you think the world is headed in your wildest dystopian dreams?

This is for fun, if you dont agree with someone's post, let it go. Discussion encouraged, arguing that "your fantasy ideas in a joke thread are wrong", is not.

My theory is we're all getting fatter and breeding less in the west because we subconsciously know famine is coming.

The west has encountered one disaster already: the dropping levels of testosterone in men. The levels are now at 40% of what they were in 1980. Men are now avoiding dating in record numbers with many feeling that it is a trap and with no urge to have anything to do with women. The #MeToo movement has had a catastrophic effect as well: men were often rejected and faced ridicule when approaching women but now ridicule is accompanied by job action or criminal charges. Add to this the fact that there is no due process - if a female complains about a male colleague, she will be able to ruin him without evidence. The population used to have a marriage rate of 92%. Now it is around 50%. The population was growing with couples having 2.4 children on average. Now we are lucky to see 1.6 per couple, which cannot sustain the population, so here in Canada, we have opened the floodgates to immigration, which has caused a housing crisis. A number of companies are refusing to hire women and men in a mixed company population are refusing to talk to women about anything but business.

The testosterone drop has been credited to the presence of Bisphenol A in plastics like Tupperware and food packaging materials and free phthalates in plastic (water bottlesd are polyethylene terephthalate and free phthalate gets leached out of them). This is an antagonist to the internal servo system that tends to keep testosterone levels constant. It mimics the effect of testosterone, causing the body to stop producing it.

I'm not a big believer in alien visitations, but I do think it's interesting that the US government keeps attention focused on New Mexico with all their denials, yet no one ever notices that big, empty area in northwest Maine (map link), with few roads and many of what are there, marked "private" and gated. It can't be because it's a bad place to live, because the area across the border is fairly populated. So what's going on with Maine?🤔

Ha awesome! I hope the algorithm picks this up for me and starts giving me more Aliens and less Alphas!

An oldie but a goodie, but I still believe JFK’s assassination was not as straightforward as him getting shot by Oswald.

JFK had gained a severely bad reputation with the CIA at the time due to his handling of the Bay of Pigs incident, which many historians point to as a sterling failure on Kennedy’s part. His decision not to send in air support doomed the operation and left the world on the brink of nuclear annihilation. Additionally, his family had ties to the mafia and I believe it’s on record that his father was an associate of the mob. Couple that with the Civil Rights movement at the time, there was heavy incentive to get him out of office as quickly as possible, but he was so popular and loved by the people that doing any of the traditional routes would’ve simply been thuggish and instilled heavy distrust in the government.

Oswald was a known Russian associate, and had been picked up prior after having gone to Russia and back. Whilst I think it’s inarguable that he played a part in the assassination, I don’t think he was the only one. Evidence and theories lend a lot of credence to the idea that there were backup plans in the event Oswald’s attempt failed. It’s also noteworthy that JFK’s motorcade route was horrendously planned and plotted out, being overlooked by hundreds of windows. None of these were checked or secured prior to or during his motorcade.

LBJ gets in office, immediately the world gets back on track, and the Civil Rights Bill is passed.

The Zodiac Killer was not just one individual.

Many sources lend credence to this theory, namely the book “Zodiac”, alongside the fact that serial killings at the time were relatively new. There would be a large boom in the 70s-80s, but Zodiac was unusual for the time and a new subject. Myself and many others believe that whilst the Zodiac did exist at one point, it was likely that they were not responsible for everything ascribed to them. Several murders were linked to a single identity, with the popular theory being that the San Fransisco Chronicle was responsible for the letters and the idea that this was all the work of one person, likely to drum up sales in the paper.

Ultimately I believe the Zodiac was likely just a catch-all term for several murders that had happened at the time, and while there was likely a serial killer involved, they were unlikely to be responsible for every murder.

Really? I'm size 10-12 and had 3 kids in 15 months. The least my subconscious could've done was warn me! 😠 Not much I can do about the kids but - if it helps - I'm willing to eat a family size pack of crisps.

I don't really subscribe to wild conspiracy theories. Mundane politics explains why we're up Shit Creek without a paddle. That said - no one seems to know why our PM has just called a snap election. I suspect he just wants his Green Card back. I reckon the US is going to make us take James Corden in exchange. Great - bloody great. 🤬

So what's going on with Maine?

Everything is going on with Maine - Clowns, Vampires. It's raining rabid dogs and resurrected cats . You need to read more Stephen King novels. 😉

Dare I say what I'm thinking...?

I had an uncle who predicted that all British women will be forced to wear Burkhas in another ten years. I'm not sure about that, but our British values are definately at risk of being threatened. It's reached a point where you get called racist for saying you're proud to be British.

Guess what, you barmy leftist politicians - there are black and asian people who regard themselves as British! 😛

In the far future we're all gona have to live in bubble cities since we cant get biodomes to work, the humans will live in the domes and leave nature to it on the outside. No travel between bubbles, like little planets on earth. No pets, only people.

Extremists on both sides of the aisle tend to be, "Mentally Awake," as the scouts used to say. They really don't have enough investment in the current system, and have no interest in pretending that the Imperial vestments are properly maintained. It doesn't mean they are one hundred percent right, it just means they subscribe to a different set of lies that gives them a different set of blindspots.

Sounds like it would be a big improvement! Though with my luck, I'd probably end up in the crazy Real World/Big Brother type bubble. Better work on being dead by then. Dump me out in the wild nature for fertilizer!😀

So, the latest block of ice is said to be OOge, it is thought to raise the water levels by a couple of foot. Thing is how many island countries will be lost? And how many countries will lose portions of land.

Has the world begun to loose places for people to live on?

The country is too secular for that, but I do think that we'll see more conservative ideas coming in. Just look online at the current trad wife trend. People are also turning away from chemicals and processed things, with the rise of knitting/crochet and sourdough.

I have forgotten how to knit. Not that I did much - I did more cross-stich which is much easier to do - but I really wanted some knitted dishcloths. Of course, I can buy them on Etsy.

A lady in my congregation knitted a whole bunch for me. I never need to do them in my life now haha
Please let cotton be gone. I hate cotton. I have no conspiracy about it, just that I welcome fancy new materials, even if they are plastic, so that I never have to touch or wash or mend cotton garments again.

Maybe in our future super clean cities, we wont even need socks or shoes. Ultra consumable wearables will be a thing of the past. I'd like a dress that ALWAYS fits, regardless of my size 😛

I often thought that children's clothing should have bellows at the elbows and knees, so as the child grows, the bellows stretch and you don't need new clothes until they go out of style or get damaged.

I have nothing against cotton personally, but it's an idea if we could recycle plastics into clothing!
