Spoiler! Ivy - A Doll?

Woah i wonder if she was, o_o. Joss was turning everyone into freakin dolls, so it wouldn't be a shock to me if she was.
HmmmMm, she never seemed 'Doll-ish'.
 
I'm wondering if it was something that had to be forgotten about because of the cancellation?

As far as I can remember, Topher never really seemed to think she was anywhere near his level of genius, even though she proved she could do the work. Maybe this was why, 'cause he knew she wasn't 'real' and that he'd created her?

Interesting, I liked her character and they had spent enough time building her character for her to have something more.

That would make sense, like he knew how smart she could be becasue he'd programmed it, her development could have been her getting smarter then he had set her up to be?
 
That's really odd....yet intriguing. I didn't think she was at all dollish....and with Topher just telling her to leave near the end of season 2 saying 'Don't end up like me'....it doesn't seem like something you'd say to a doll...see this is the confusion and intrigue you get along with the unanswered questions when a Whedon show is cut short!

Also they have some very cool Dollhouse stuff on sale. Although some of the shoes there I want just because they're pretty and not because of the Dollhouseyness!
 
Maybe she was meant to be, and they had the prop in waiting for a episode to reveal as such, but since they had it wrapped up they couldn't open up that can of worms and in the end, decided to forgo her even being one.

Also, DO WANT pretty much everything there. Really would want Victor's files. I know that price is going to rocket up though and i certainly dont have that kind of money to spend on something like that.

Why must Joss create shows where we crave to own random, yet expensive items?!
I think it might just be something that was mislabeled. The staff would have medical files, they even have imprints of themselves apparently (Topher and Paul for example). Also if she was a Doll, the file would have her codename not the name of her imprint.
 
That is really odd. I hope it was a mistake or something. I never saw her as someone who was potentially a doll. I sure hope she was not and I'm glad that they never put it into the show.
 
Yeah Joss was PROBABLY planning on making Ivy a doll aswell, but due to cancellation they must of just scrapped it...
