No, the "silly" would be putting yourself on a waiting list to buy the things, redardless of how good they might be. I merely provided the opportunity for silliness in others.
Amazon sell jaffa cakes now? Man, they must sell EVERYTHING.
And jaffa cakes don't get sold in America? Poor Americans. Jaffa cakes are amazing.
 
Jaffa Cakes are incredible. I did once consider living off them - is America really deprived of such an important part of life?
 
Aw man, I could scoff down a whole pack right now. Jaffa Cakes are the best. 😀

One of my closest friends moved to Canada last year, and he said the hardest part about living there was the fact that there are no Jaffa cakes...so for his birthday a group of sent him a huge box full of Jaffa Cakes...he says it was his favourite present ever :bounce:

It's a Twinky covered with raspberry jelley, then rolled in grated coconut. (You don't have Twinkies either? THAT is an oblong cream filled yellow cake roll about the width of two fingers and about an inch thick, two to a package. Xander refers to them several times over the course of the show.)
 
Jaffa Cakes truly are one of humanity's defining achievements, after cookie dough ice Cream, and those pyramid thingys.
 
Jaffa cakes are AMAZING, I love them. We get them in a couple of the grocery stores here that sell imported stuff. And just a FYI, wait listing is Amazon's way of gauging public interest in something they may or may not decide to sell in the future. And yes, they do sell practically EVERYTHING...hence my addiction to Amazon.....my wish list there is over 20 pages long. If I could get groceries delivered from them (the town I actually live in is too small, tho it's on the outskirts of Dallas) I'd hardly leave my house. There's very little that I go TO a store to get, I buy a lot from either Amazon or eBay.
 
This might once again prove my weird taste in food, but...I don't see what the big deal is about Jaffa cakes. I don't hate them or anything, but mostly there's just so much other stuff I'd rather eat.
You guys should rather all be petitioning for stroopwafels 😉

It's true he did!! But as soon as someone said hello Jaffa Cakes help line...he ran to me and handed me the phone...so I was the one who had to hang up...the wifey on the other end of the phone was very understanding when i said, "Sorry the boy who needs your help is currently eating Jaffa cakes...he'll phone you back"....so if you do have a problem the people on the other end of the phone are very friendly 😛

Stroopwafels are great, but I do prefer the wafels from my own region with warm cherrys and cream.
