James Marsters is bringing his one-man show to the UK.

Buffy's Spike is coming over to premiere his new stage show, James Marsters: Words and Music, in London.

The show is a game of two halves - act one will include acting, while act two will see Marsters showcasing his latest songs.

James Marsters: Words and Music, in London will be staged at the Mermaid Theatre in London on Saturday, 29 October (matinee).

So James will be in the UK for Halloween again? Crazy, in a not so crazy way.

I'd like to go but London is such a mission, and a costly one at that.
 
I would so like to see him on stage, but I don't think it is possible this time, both money and time is an issue.. Ah I think it would be so fun to watch!

Though pictures weren't allowed, there are reports being posted on various JM sites about "Words and Music". Every one that I've read say how wonderful it was, and how James really lived up to his reputation as being a mesmerizing, spine-chilling, wonderful stage actor in the "Words" portion of the show. He and another actor (she played Lady Macbeth) performed scenes from Macbeth, interspersed with James commenting on the scenes and plot, explaining and expanding as necessary for the 'shortened version' of the play to make sense. 🙂 The "Music" portion apparently was also very good and comments are very complimentary.

There are pictures being posted from the two concerts that he performed on Thursday and Friday nights before the 2 Saturday "Words and Music" performances. His hair is longer, brown, and he looks very relaxed, happy and very 'fit', to use the English phrase. 😉 One link that has pictures posted is by a fan named Chimera; she graciously agreed to have the link to her site shared on other boards/forums so that many fans could enjoy them.
