James in Caprica

I finally watched Caprica, and was wondering what other fans thought of James' performance and his character.

Personally, I loved the character. His performance was really great, too. I thought that they didn't do enough with the character though, unfortunately. Of course, don't even talk to me about my disappointment that they cancelled the series. 🙁

Hi I watched it and (spoiler) the way he went out of the series in a distant explosion always made me think he would make a surprise return, maybe even a love interest for Lacy.

Yes! Although his interaction with Lacy was a bit disturbing for me due to the age difference. Sigh, so much left unfinished with this series. 🙁 Stupid SyFy!!

This was the worst cancellation of a show since Firefly. I actually watched it before I watched BSG (I have since seen all of BSG) and so I kind of watched it on its own merits...I loved it, loved James's performance, loved the whole ethical allegory of it.

Yeah I keep thinking of him like he was around Buffys age, hes a bit old lol. And he wanted to blow up Clarice, so maybe he would be even more hostile towards Lacy when she became the monotheist leader.

Stupid SyFy, so much agree 🙁

I loved this series so much even apart from James. When it was cancelled, I said SyFy had one chance to redeem even a little bit of my respect and faith: if they picked up Three Inches. When they did not, I decided I was done with SyFy. I officially do not care whatever they do.
