A vampire is set to spook those Witches of East End.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum James Marsters will guest-star on the Lifetime series, and TVLine has the scoop on his mysterious character.

Marsters will play Tarkoff, an old family friend of Joanna's (Julia Ormond) who comes back into her life.

Cool! I've only seen half an episode but always nice to see a Buffy vet get around.

(also I should go to bed... it took me one second too many to grasp that "Buffy vet" meant Buffy veteran and not Buffy veterinarian... which made no sense and had me stumped for at least ten seconds...)

I'm so happy I (finally, after ages) checked back in here. When this show was added to Netflix, I watched the entire 1st season in about a week. It's a bit campy, but as a huge fan of Twin Peaks, I really love seeing Madchen Amick in something new.

I watched it after I read the knew about Marsters. It's not quite there, but it is definitely moving in the right direction. So far no sign of Marsters, though.
 
I discoered this when Netflix put it up, absolutely love it. I hope that it is only a few episodes, I really don't want him tainting this!
 
I've been curious about this show, mostly because of Jenna Dewan-Tatum...but haven't gotten around to checking it out. Glad to hear some of you like it and that its on Netflix now.

And good for James! 🙂

I started watching it and felt that the characters needed more depth - hoping that I will like it as much as you do as I go along with my catch-up. I am excited about James Marsters joining the cast. Nice to see Tom Lenk involved as well - even if he does have limited episodes. I loved him on Buffy. Glad that it is on Netflix so that I don't have to use itunes or amazon.
