In Serenity when Jayne goes to take River "on a nice shuttle ride", what does she have in her hand to knock him out with? This is the first time I have watched it on a good quality tv so I had never noticed it before. I thought it was beans, my boyfriend thought it was coffee, does anyone know the answer?

Well, looks like canned food. I don't know what kind of product it is exactly. Could be beans, but it also could be some stuff that doesn't even exist, something they made up.
