I absolutely adore Jayne! Sure he's a thug and murders people for money but isn't he just the cutest thing ever.😉 No but really I love the character of Jayne. He is so unashamedly anti-social.:biggrin: Who else has Jayne love?

I have Jayne love, myself. I love how he is, on the surface, a simple mercenary but how he actually has a sensitive side and cares deeply for the crew and for his family.

He betrays them twice although they don't know it. I love him for Jaynestown though thats a great eppy. He was a great character for the show to have.

I personally cant stand Jayne, he's arrogent and misbehaves too much, he thinks he's hard too. Hes always betraying Mel and the gang and he's anti-social. a complete tossuer. Also, i have no idea who Jayne is, although it suprisingly sounds like this *Jayne* fella, is in fact, male. a man. not female. a big hairy man. His name is Jayne. okay.

One of my favorite characters! He was really interesting under his simple mercenary appearance. Always untrustworthy, but at the same time, he made it clear exactly what he was from the beginning. And there were times when he just surprised you completely, too, as in Jaynestown.

Jayne was a great one.

Just started Firefly, and watched "Our Mrs. Reynolds" last night.

This snippit of conversation had be laughing so hard my cats hid.

Jayne (at the festival, to the elder, after he gave him the rainstick): This is the most... you, friend. You're the guy...

Jaynes cool, he's one of those people you cant help liking. His best line was in Our Mrs Reynolds, when he goes to Mal ''you got somethin' you dont deserve'' and then tells him his guns name is Vera. 🙂
