Rack. Now, how bone-chillingly CREEPY was this guy? And that psychotic camp in Helpless...another creeptastic character.
I've seen Jeff in plenty of things, and he ALWAYS plays the hardcore crazies. He's pretty gifted in that area.
Hmmm...he's also kinda cute, in that freakish, "I might strangle you" way. 😀

If he just stands still, he's scary. Intense guy. I've seen him on the X-Files and Charmed.
