I started doing a Buffy rewatch, and decided to do the alternating Buffy and Angel episodes.

I started a buffy re-watch. i'm on Season 4. And Angel. But skipped season 1. Because I'd started re-watch with Lu & Carrrragh Season 2 of Angel. I've only seen Angel one time.
