Jensen Ackles receives hate for honouring President Bush

What kinda hate? Asks the person too busy/lazy to look.
 
Stuff like how Jensen shouldn't respect someone who "caused" a war, didn't try to cure HIV, etc. And of course, several of them claimed Bush hated gay people, yada yada yada. Y'know, stupid shit like that. 😒
 
I though Saddam caused a war by invading another country?

Also tons of money was spent on treating/finding a cure for HIV/AIDS, one of the most easily manages 'epidemics' ever.

So no, not very valid points. If people didn't like his policies or his lies about taxes then that makes sense. But as usual its just 'victim-ness' and hypocrisy about war.
 
Good for Jensen. I often find it in poor taste to trash someone who's died and the urge to do so says more about you than them. I don't think a condolance erases whatever bad they did, and I don't think they're exempt from critique, but I think there are very few people whom, when they die, it is justified basically saying "good riddance" about.

Besides, the quote selected mostly seems to be a dig at #45
